This Privacy Policy explains how AIS GAMES ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you play Troll Warrior (the "Game"): the mobile app (the "App") and the same game in a web browser at ais.games (the "web version"). In short: there are no accounts and your progress stays on your own device. The App shows advertisements through Google AdMob; the web version shows none.

1. Scope
This policy applies to the Troll Warrior mobile application distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and to the web version at ais.games. It does not apply to third-party services, websites, or applications that are not operated by us.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
The Game does not require an account and never asks you for personal information. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or payment details. The Game has no in-app purchases.
2.2 Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress locally, in your browser's local storage (or, in the App, in the App's own storage on your device). This includes:
- The stage you have reached, the stars earned on each stage, and the total number of soldiers defeated
- Gold and skill points, and how you have spent them; the weapons, helmets and armor you own, have equipped and have upgraded
- Game settings (resolution, brightness, contrast, menu music and game sound volume, mute, language, reminders on/off)
- Which of the daily menu slogans was shown today
- In the App: timestamps of the last advertisements shown, used only to limit how often ads appear
The first time the Game starts, it also checks, on your device, the language your device is set to and a rough idea of its hardware (whether it is a phone and how many processor cores it has), only to choose the starting language and graphics quality. None of this data is transmitted to us. You can erase it at any time (see Section 6).
2.2.1 Play reminders
If you allow notifications, the App schedules a few "come back and play" reminders on your device (1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 days after you last played; opening the App resets them). They are created and shown entirely by your device's operating system; no data is sent to us or to any server to do this. You can turn reminders off at any time in the App's Settings, or block the App's notifications in your device settings.
2.3 Information collected automatically by third parties (App)
In the App, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. AdMob automatically collects certain information for the purpose of serving and measuring ads:
- Advertising identifier — Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS
- Device information — device model, operating system and version, language, screen size
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address (country and city level; no precise GPS data is accessed)
- Ad interaction data — which ads were shown, whether you watched a rewarded ad to completion, whether you clicked
2.4 Playing in a web browser
The web version shows no advertisements and does not load Google AdMob or send reminders. Your browser downloads the Game's files from the server that hosts ais.games; as with any website, each request carries standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used only to deliver the files and keep the site running. The ais.games pages around the Game load their typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends that request to Google (see Section 5). The Game itself loads everything it needs — models, textures and sounds — from ais.games only.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide the Game — saving your progress locally so that you can continue where you left off, with your gear, skill points, stars and settings intact
- To show advertisements (App only) — serving ads through Google AdMob and managing how often they are shown to you
- To offer optional rewarded advertisements (App only) — letting you watch an ad voluntarily in exchange for an in-game benefit (doubling the gold earned in a stage)
- To remind you to play (App only, if you allow notifications) — as described in Section 2.2.1
We do not sell personal information and we do not build profiles of you ourselves.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing personal data through advertising partners is:
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for personalized advertising. You will be shown a consent request on first launch of the App through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You may accept or decline, and change your choice later as described in Section 6.2.
- Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — for non-personalized advertising, fraud prevention, and basic measurement necessary to run the App.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. You are encouraged to review their privacy policies:
- Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited), App only — privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and AdMob-specific details at support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
- Google Fonts (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited), web version only — serves the typeface used on the ais.games pages. Details on how Google Fonts handles requests at developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy
AdMob may share data with its network of demand partners (advertisers and ad exchanges) to deliver ads. When you consent to personalized advertising, these partners may process your advertising identifier and device information to select relevant ads.
6. Your Choices and Controls
6.1 Reset or disable your advertising identifier
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID"
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track", or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → disable "Personalized Ads"
6.2 Update your consent
You can change your advertising consent choices at any time. For EU/UK/Swiss users, the consent form will re-appear when required by regulation. The App does not currently have a separate button to reopen the consent form; to show it again, clear the App's storage (Android: Settings → Apps → Troll Warrior → Storage → Clear storage), which also erases your local game progress, or contact us and we will help.
6.3 Reset your progress in the Game
Open STAGES from the main menu and choose RESET PROGRESS. This erases your stage, gold, skill points, items and stars. It cannot be undone.
6.4 Clear the Game's storage or uninstall the App
In a web browser, clearing the site data for ais.games removes everything the Game has saved. Uninstalling the App (or clearing its storage in your device settings) permanently removes all locally stored game data and cancels any scheduled reminders. No trace of your progress remains on our side, because we do not operate servers that store player data.
7. Rights of EU / UK / Swiss Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — request confirmation of whether we process your personal data
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@ais.games. Because we do not collect direct identifiers, you may need to provide information that helps us identify the data you are asking about (such as an approximate date of install or your advertising identifier).
8. Rights of California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA:
- Right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. While we do not sell data in the traditional sense, the sharing of advertising identifiers with AdMob's partners for personalized advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CPRA. You may opt out through the in-app consent form, where the App shows one, or by contacting us.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights
9. Rights of Other U.S. State Residents
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise these rights.
10. Children's Privacy
Troll Warrior is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us at hello@ais.games and we will promptly delete the relevant data.
11. International Data Transfers
Google AdMob processes data on servers located in the United States and other countries. Where required, Google relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to transfer personal data outside the EEA. In the web version, the only data that leaves your device is the ordinary web traffic described in Section 2.4.
12. Data Retention
We do not retain personal data on any server. Game progress stored on your device (or in your browser, for the web version) remains until you reset it, clear the Game's storage, or uninstall the App. Data processed by AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention policies — see Google's privacy documentation for details.
13. Data Security
Game data stored locally is protected by the security mechanisms of your browser and operating system (per-site and per-app storage isolation). ais.games is served, and data sent to AdMob is transmitted, over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted at the same URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced within the App where practicable.
15. Contact Us
